The Peck’s Popper shown here is the #7016 chartreuse body, black hackle, chartreuse tail pattern. This popper is based on the original Peck’s Popper. This popper was one of the favorites of the originator, E. H. Peckinpaugh. It is available in hook sizes 2, 4, 6, 1/0, and 2/0. Peck Poppers are now produced by Pultz Poppers. The Rattle Head Popper has a built-in rattle feature designed to attract the attention of largemouth bass, red fish, and striped bass. It is not a plastic rattle; it is glass which increases the noise factor. Plus, it has two glass beads, not one, two. This also increases rattle noise. Shake it!
