The Sneaky Pete has a bullet shaped, conical designed body and is sometimes referred to as a “slider”. When stripped the unique shape causes it to slip under the water as opposed to “poppers” which create water disturbance. Best fished on calm water. The BreamBugs technical staff had another successful trout fly fishing outing. Five of us caught a total of 69 pounds of Rainbow Trout in two days of fly fishing. Largest trout caught was 3.5 pounds. The most productive wet fly was our Marabou Skunk, Black and White, short streamer and the most productive dry fly was our Olive Hopper.
