I bought both the size 8 and 4. Decided I would use them the other evening. Started with the 4 it instantly started getting strikes, but they were just bouncing it around the surface. Figured it was just Bluegills and needed a smaller popper so I changed to the size 8 and proceeded to catch six bass in the next hour. It is a well built and tough popper.
