Bea Bea Bad Boy Bugs and Bea’s Poppers

Bea Bea Bad Boy Bugs and Bea’s Poppers

These bugs and poppers are unique in a couple of ways. First, the bodies of both the Bad Boy and the Bea’s Popper are made from the root of the Tupelo Tree. This feature assures that the paint adheres well to the body of the bug and it floats properly on the water. Second, these are the lowest priced high quality top water lures on the BreamBugs site priced at only $3.30 each. Available in hook sizes 8 and 10 in most styles. There are 19 different patterns to choose from. See them all at: www.BreamBugs.com

Is There Something Missing From Your Tackle Box?

Is There Something Missing From Your Tackle Box?

If you are anything like me your focus is on having a variety of flies in your tackle box.  While having a good selection of flies is important, don’t overlook the necessity of having a quality fly line cleaner in your tackle box.  A quality fly line cleaner will help your line shoot smoothly and float properly.  We have tried several types and brands of fly line dressing and the best we have found is the RIO AgentX Fly Line Cleaner Kit.  Find it under Accessories at www.BreamBugs.com

August 4, 2018 Was A Good Day To Fish!

August 4, 2018 Was A Good Day To Fish!

At 6:00AM the air temp was 72 degrees and the sun was still behind the trees.  Using a vintage 2 piece 7wt Eagle Claw Wright and McGill rod and a Bea’s Popper #15 hook size 8 I caught 35 bluegill and 4 nice bass before 8:00AM.  Very little wear on the popper.  Even with only one eye left it was still catching fish!  What is your story?  www.BreamBugs.com
