The Sneaky Pete has a bullet shaped, conical designed body and is sometimes referred to as a “slider”. When stripped the unique shape causes it to slip under the water as opposed to “poppers” which create water disturbance. Best fished on calm water. Use the strip, pause, strip technique to attract bluegill, large and small mouth bass. BreamBugs has nine different styles to choose from. Style #2555 in hook size 8 is our most popular style Sneaky Pete. Check them all out at www.BreamBugs.com
The BreamBugs technical staff had another successful trout fly fishing outing. Five of us caught a total of 69 pounds of Rainbow Trout in two days of fly fishing. Largest trout caught was 3.5 pounds.
