The Chartreuse, Black, Chartreuse Pencil Popper for bass has a fish-scale finish over a chartreuse belly, with black hackle and chartreuse tail feathers. This Pencil Popper features a stainless steel sleeve embedded in the body, with an articulated double stainless steel 1/0 hook attached. It is free swinging as a trailer hook. This design means less wear and tear on the popper. When you use this popper, you will find that the majority of the catches will have the hook in the roof of the mouth of the fish.
