A New Year and a New Lure, Rattle Head

We know that bass respond to movement, but do they respond to sound?  The new Rattle Head lure makes noise but the question is, can fish hear the noise?  Fish have a couple of methods of “hearing.”  Fish have a lateral line located along the sides of the fish’s body.  It detects vibrations and changes in water pressure.  Fish also have an “inner ear” which picks up sound waves in the water.  So, yes, the rattle in the Rattle Head lures effectively attracts bass, stripers, and red fish.

Give it a shake, rattle, and cast!  Four versions to choose from all on a 1/0 articulated hook.
