Using a Targus wide gap stinger hook for a better hook set and quality material with a precisely indented face that produces a nice audible “bloop” that dives those “hawg” bass crazy. Neal has developed an exceptional bass popper. The unique weed guard lets you cast the popper into otherwise “off-limits” spots. If you don’t need the weed guard it can easily be clipped off.
