I have been on the water & seen it for myself when the wind change occurs. It shuts down fishing, or it picks up. But…… the atmospheric pressure also changed with it. That affects the air in their swim bladders. Higher pressure compresses their swim bladder & causes them to get heavy & sink. Lower pressure causes it to expand & they unknowingly find themselves out of cover and/or on top of weeds & cover. Paying attention to the weather forecast can help you to fish.
